Organise a Video Consultation in 3 easy steps
1. Check that you have the necessary equipment for a video conference . You need to use a PC, Mac or Laptop with either an integrated camera in the computer or an attached USB camera such as the Logitech HD Pro 910

2. Phone 0755980133 and talk to the Telehealth Manager about organising an appointment or a test teleconference to see that your system is adequate.
3. Fax the patient's referral to 0755980266 prior to the consultation and include the patient's Medicare or Repat number and Telephone number on the referral. You will also be given access to http://www.skinconsult.com.au/ Teledermatology where you can download some images of your patient and some clinical details such that I can review and be au fait with the case prior to the video consultation.

Fees    Initially consultations will be bulk billed until the system is bedded down.

Please be available on time for the video consultation as the appointment times are fixed and cannot be extended. Each appointment lasts 20 mins maximum. My secretary will phone to confirm your appointment time on the day of the appointment. The patient needs to  attend the consultation. You should have the patient's Clinical Record open on your computer when the consultation begins.
Please Note The audio part of the consultation will be conducted using the telephone. It helps if the phone is put into speaker phone mode to allow the patient to take part in the consultation.
